You Were Worth the Wait

In 2018, we received the heartbreaking diagnosis of unexplained infertility. We had been trying to have a baby for over a year without any success. We had no idea that 1 in 6 couples struggle with infertility and we felt so unbelievably lonely. We began sharing our story to raise awareness and in hopes of helping others to feel less alone.

We did five IUIs over the course of one year and they all failed. Shortly after, we began pursuing IVF and in the midst of our journey, we wrote this book as tangible piece of hope for others going through similar situations of building a family. ​

You Were Worth the Wait is a children's book written from the perspective of a parent in waiting. It's the story of our baby, for our baby, and is dedicated to all of the couples

that know the various hardships of building a family.
